Customs & Import Taxes

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please note that all orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once an order has entered processing at our fulfillment warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Because our products are prepared and shipped directly from our warehouse, cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun are not eligible for cancellation or refund. We kindly ask that customers review their order details carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
