Returns & Refund Policy

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Be sure to include clear photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may not be eligible for approval.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Return Approval & Timeframe

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Once a return has been approved, the item must be postmarked and returned within 20 days of receiving the item. Returns sent outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be denied and returned to the customer.


Refunds & Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact info@shopashleyelizabeth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing at our fulfillment warehouse. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
